An active duty and reserve, U.S. Air Force veteran, Ingrid received her M.A. in English and M.L.I.S. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Ingrid is currently the Student Success Librarian of First Year Programs at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Her professional and research interests include serving diverse communities; marketing of libraries; developing library programming; and information literacy instruction.
